We were privileged to be Airlie Homes’ first completed home in Waterford of the Carolinas (Leland). Our neighbors frequently comment about it being one of the most attractive homes in the neighborhood. Mike Santilli and Tyler Gunn are very experienced and are highly competent home builders. Their service after the sale is also second to none. We are looking to build some additional homes on some vacant land we own in Wilmington and they are our first and only choice at this time.

Airlie worked with me throughout the process of building my “dream home” and were extremely flexible about things I wanted. They helped me find ways to save on some items Co I could splurge on other things I really wanted. They communicated with me every step of the way and always in a timely manner. Building a one-of-a-kind home is obviously stressful and never 100% ‘perfect: but they helped me keep things in perspective and the end result was well worth it. I highly recommend them.
