After you’ve dreamed up your ideal home, we will help you complete the construction contract. Airlie Homes can guide you through the lending process by providing you resources for securing the right lending coordinator and closing attorney. It’s all part of making your home building experience as enjoyable as possible.
The building phase: access, info, updates.
Airlie Homes provides structured communication to ensure a smooth and personable experience throughout construction. You’ll get weekly updates and scheduled onsite meetings at the critical milestones of the building cycle—pre-construction and pre-drywall meetings, pre-closing orientation and more. Our team is easily accessible at any time so you’ll always know what’s happening with your dream home.
Move-in and closing.
Prior to your move in date, we will provide a detailed orientation where we identify all of the major functions and features of your new dream home. We recognize this is a true life milestone realized, and we are honored to help you reach it.
