My first home in Leland was built with Airlie Homes in 2015. After returning from an unexpected job transfer I built a second home with them in 2018 next door to the first one. I moved in just after hurricane Florence and there wasn’t a single issue arising from the storm. Both homes continue to stand out from the crowd of Trusst and other production homes in Waterford. I also collaborated with them on three more spec homes on Soft Sky Lane in Wilmington. Bottom line, I highly recommend Mike and Tyler to fulfill your new home vision.
